About the Company We are now seeking an experienced welder for our customer in Karlskrona. Here you will be offered a varied role where you get to work with qualified welding in a modern workshop environment with a focus on quality, precision and collaboration. Your Responsibilities As a welder, you will work with the manufacturing of customized products in aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel. The work is varied and includes MIG, MAG and TIG welding, where you work from drawings, welding symbols and welding instructions to ensure high quality in every step. You will be an important part of production and work closely with colleagues in the operation to create efficient workflows and deliver products that meet customers' high demands. The role also includes quality controls and participation in improvement and development work to strengthen the company's processes and methods. Your Profile We are looking for someone who has a welding education as a foundation and several years of practical experience in the trade. You have good knowledge of MIG, MAG and TIG welding and are accustomed to reading and interpreting drawings, welding symbols and welding instructions. A category B driver's license and Hot Work certification are required for the position. As a person, you are thorough, quality-conscious and take responsibility for your work. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, have a positive attitude and are happy to contribute to good collaboration in your daily work.
