About the Company: Hallsbergs smide AB has been in operation for more than 70 years. We currently have approximately 35 employees. Our core values are fast delivery, high quality, and extensive professional expertise. We work within three different customer segments: repair/maintenance, component manufacturing, and structural metalwork. We also perform work directly at customer sites. We have broad expertise in sheet metal processing and machine processing. Our focus is on small batch manufacturing such as prototypes and small series runs. We work with standard steel grades, stainless steel, and aluminum. We are currently certified in ISO 9001, ISO 3834-2, and EN ISO 1090-1, which means that those who weld have welding certifications. Due to increasing demand for our services, we need to strengthen our organization with an additional employee. Job Description: Primary Focus: Welding in our welding department Based on technical drawings, instructions, and independent problem-solving, independently perform welding work. Your Qualifications: Experience welding various types of materials, primarily carbon steel. You must have at least 5 years of "welding experience" where welding is a main part of your work, but other tasks such as bending and cutting also occur. Having a welding certification in any area is a plus. We place great importance on your personal qualities, as we work with a high degree of independent responsibility.
