We are now seeking an engaged and relationship-building teacher for the Language and Health initiative. In this role, you will work with participants who often have a longer path to employment or further education. Many have studied Swedish for a long time without achieving the progress they desired, or have taken breaks from their studies. At the same time, there are often diffuse health challenges that affect both study ability and work capacity. Therefore, the work is based on a holistic perspective where language, health, and motivation are integrated.
The work involves making the current situation and possible next steps visible together with the participant. Through structured work with individual action plans, sub-goals, and continuous follow-up, you contribute to the participant strengthening their self-awareness and gradually moving closer to the job market or further education. The teaching is practice-oriented and connects to everyday life, social issues, health, and working life.

Work Tasks
Plan and conduct teaching based on participants' needs and circumstances.
Work with individual action plans and goal-oriented management.
Integrate language, health, and motivation in teaching.
Work with labor market and civics knowledge in Swedish.
Plan and conduct study visits and industry orientation.
Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Teacher certification with qualification in SVA (Swedish for Adults)
SVA at least 30 credits
Experience of adult education or similar target groups is advantageous
Interest in working at the intersection of language, health, and working life
Good digital skills and comfort using AI tools

Substitute position until December 2026. There are good opportunities for extension in the role.
