Yoshida Group AB operates the sushi restaurant SUSHI EKI in Hisingen, Gothenburg. We offer both traditional and nouveau (up-to-date) sushi made with fine ingredients and lots of love. Our focus is to deliver sushi of the highest quality at reasonable prices with top-class customer experience. We are now looking for experienced sushi chefs who have worked with sushi for at least 1 year. As a sushi chef you should be able to fillet different types of fish, especially salmon, and you have good knowledge of handling raw materials and especially raw fish. We would like you to be service-minded, stress-resistant, and self-driven. Job responsibilities include: Preparation and cooking of sushi and Asian dishes The position is full-time with varying working hours.
