We are looking for an experienced and meticulous sushi chef to join our team. You should have at least 3 years of experience working as a sushi chef and be comfortable working independently in a kitchen. We are seeking someone with a strong passion for sushi, quality, and ingredients, who always works with precision and maintains excellent hygiene. We are looking for someone who: ● Has at least 3 years of documented experience as a sushi chef ● Can prepare sushi, maki, nigiri, and other common sushi dishes ● Has good knowledge of handling and preparing fish, rice, and other ingredients ● Is meticulous with an eye for quality and presentation ● Maintains cleanliness and works according to high hygiene standards ● Can handle ingredients safely and correctly ● Can work both independently and as part of a team ● Is stress-resistant and can maintain high quality even during busy periods ● Is responsible, punctual, and reliable Job Responsibilities The work includes preparation of ingredients, handling and cutting fish, preparing sushi, plating, cleaning work surfaces, and ensuring the kitchen maintains high standards in terms of hygiene, quality, and organization.
