About the Job Hej Enji Sushi is a modern, customer-focused sushi restaurant that offers fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented sushi. We are growing and are now looking for an experienced sushi chef who wants to be part of our team! Responsibilities As a sushi chef with us, you will: Prepare and cook sushi according to restaurant standards. Work with sashimi, nigiri, and maki as well as other Japanese dishes. Handle raw fish, rice, and other ingredients in a hygienic and safe manner. Ensure good quality and attractive presentation of dishes. Follow food hygiene and HACCP procedures. Contribute to good collaboration in the kitchen and assist with orders and preparations. Requirements Experience as a sushi chef is required! Good knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques is required! Meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious. Ability to work efficiently even under high pressure. Good hygiene practices!
