About the Position
In this role, you will work with support, testing, and installation of software used for designing, calculating, and production planning of our building systems. Our solutions are used in projects ranging from individual doors and windows to advanced glass facades and glass roofs.
You will become part of an experienced team where you work closely with both customers, colleagues, and the development organization to ensure high quality and the best possible user experience.
Your Responsibilities
Provide support to customers and internal users via phone, email, and digital meetings.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our software and installations.
Test and validate new software versions and updates.
Install and update software at customer sites and internally.
Document and report software errors and improvement suggestions.
Contribute to planning and implementation of major software updates.
Participate in customer training, customer meetings, and other activities as needed.
Travel within and outside Sweden may occur.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
Has technical education at upper secondary level or equivalent experience.
Has a strong interest in IT and technology.
Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing.
Enjoys solving problems and providing customer service.
Works in a structured manner and can manage multiple tasks in parallel.
It is a merit if you have experience with:
Technical support or customer support.
CAD programs.
CNC, production planning, or manufacturing industry.
Building systems, aluminum profiles, or design of doors, windows, and facades.
