Support Technician

We are looking for a 1st-line support technician for the support unit in Malmö stad. In your new role, you will: Answer incoming calls and emails with a friendly and service-oriented approach. Register and document clearly in new or existing tickets. Documentation should be done during the call time and not in post-registration time. Tickets that are not resolved in 1st-line should be escalated to 2nd-line and must contain clear and necessary documentation for further handling in 2nd-line. Ensure that tickets are correctly categorized, classified, prioritized and have the right description in subject and title. Desired Requirements: Experience working in larger complex organizations Required Qualifications: Post-secondary education in IT At least 4 years of experience with similar assignments Personality We place great importance on personal suitability.
