Support Specialist, Technical
Would you like to work with technical support in a socially important operation where you can use and develop your technical expertise? We are now seeking a support specialist with a clear technical profile for our IT department.
As a support specialist, you will be part of the Business Support IT unit. Here you work with engaged colleagues to provide qualified technical support and contribute to the development of our IT solutions. You are an important link between users and technology, and will have the opportunity to work with both daily support and technical improvement projects.
Your Responsibilities
Handle and resolve technical issues via case management system, email, and phone.
Troubleshooting and administration of permissions, applications, networks (VPN), digital meeting technology, and mobile telephony.
Advanced technical troubleshooting in collaboration with other IT specialists.
Participate in the implementation and development of new technical solutions and systems.
Serve as a contact person for IT coordinators, IT contacts, and end users.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have
High school diploma or equivalent education in IT or technology
Several years of experience in technical support and helpdesk work
Very good technical knowledge of computers, printers, networks, digital meeting technology, mobile telephony, and Microsoft and Adobe products
Experience working in complex technical environments and quickly finding solutions to technical problems.

The employment is placed in a security class and therefore security clearance with criminal record check will be conducted.
