Your New Role
We are looking for a service-oriented consultant who wants to work with operations, installation, and support of printer solutions for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various types of printers as well as ensuring they function optimally. You will work both proactively and reactively with support, carry out on-site service visits at customer locations, and contribute to a high level of service and stable operations.
Your Background
We are looking for someone with experience in installation, configuration, and support of printers from leading manufacturers such as Ricoh, HP, Canon, and Xerox. You have worked with asset management in different systems and are accustomed to documenting and administering equipment. Since the position involves travel to customers, a Class B driver's license is a requirement.

With a strong customer focus, you build trust and create good relationships while working in a structured manner and taking responsibility for your tasks. You have strong problem-solving skills, work independently, and appreciate varied work where no two days are the same.
