About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and developing the S&OP process with the goal of creating balance between demand and supply. You will become a key person in forecasting, inventory management, and planning, and will serve as an important link between various parts of the organization.
Examples of Responsibilities:
Drive and coordinate the monthly S&OP process.
Plan, lead, and document S&OP meetings.
Compile, update, and communicate forecasts based on the organization's best available information.
Ensure follow-up on decided activities and measures.
Work with analyses and improvement initiatives to strengthen processes, decision-making foundations, and key metrics.
Contribute to optimized inventory levels, improved forecast accuracy, and increased operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders in areas such as sales, production, logistics, and planning.
About You
To succeed in this role, you are structured, driven, and comfortable creating order in complex flows. You are accustomed to taking initiative, building relationships, and moving matters forward together with others. At the same time, you have a strong business focus and the ability to transform data into concrete insights and improvements.
University or college degree in, for example, logistics, supply chain, industrial economics, or engineering.
Experience in supply chain, planning, S&OP, or related areas.
Good knowledge of business systems, preferably SAP.
Experience with analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI.
Very strong analytical ability and a structured work approach.
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with various stakeholders.
Fluent English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
About the Assignment
You will be employed as a consultant at Consensus and work at the client's site. The assignment initially runs for 6 months, starting as soon as possible.
