Supply Chain Coordinator

We are now looking for a structured and engaged Supply Chain Coordinator who wants to be a central part of our supply chain and contribute to ensuring high delivery precision and customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal functions such as production, purchasing, quality, engineering, and sales. You will be an important coordinator responsible for planning, monitoring, and optimizing the flow from customer order to delivery.
The position is located in Ängelholm.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage customer orders from registration through delivery and invoicing
Plan production based on customer orders, forecasts, and material availability
Ensure material supply through purchasing and delivery monitoring
Coordinate purchasing, deliveries, and production activities with suppliers and sub-suppliers
Continuously communicate delivery status, changes, and any delays to customers
Participate in and initiate customer meetings as well as internal planning meetings
Arrange transportation and ensure correct delivery documentation
Contribute to development and improvement of supply chain, logistics, and planning processes
Assist with other areas related to supply chain and operational activities
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within supply chain, purchasing, or logistics
Experience with customer and supplier contacts in an international environment
Experience working with ERP systems
Good understanding of material planning, purchasing, and production flows
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong administrative skills and experience managing multiple parallel tasks
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
High school education and preferably post-secondary education in logistics, purchasing, supply chain, or similar field
Meritorious
Experience from manufacturing industry
Knowledge of logistics and international transportation
Experience from medical technology industry or regulated operations
Knowledge of German or French
Technical understanding and experience interpreting drawings or product specifications
