Subway is the world's largest sandwich chain with over 35,000 restaurants worldwide. We are now looking to expand our team in Umeå with additional restaurant staff for both of our locations, starting immediately. 2 positions at 50-75% and 6 on-call positions as needed, primarily for evenings, weekends, and school breaks. Interviews and selection are ongoing. Experience from Subway or similar workplaces is a merit but not required. We are looking for someone who wants to provide our guests with a great experience during their visit with us. As a Subway employee, you and your coworkers manage the daily operations of the restaurant. This means you have the opportunity to influence your own work situation and are constantly learning and developing in the workplace. You must be 18 years old with high ambitions. You take responsibility for meeting your own goals and the restaurant's objectives, and you constantly look for opportunities for improvement. Change is not a problem for you but rather a prerequisite for becoming better. Being part of a team or group is a given for you to achieve success.
