We are now seeking a studies coordinator who wants to contribute to our work at the Cyber Defense Command (CFL) and has an interest in developing our cyber defense capabilities in both the short and long term. About the role FM continues to develop cyber defense and is looking for you to be part of developing research and development in this area. This development is part of the overall work to strengthen the overall defense and FM's operational capabilities, individually and within the alliance. Your tasks include identifying, initiating, and driving studies within the cyber defense area. You serve as study secretary in the main study and other studies within the field. You coordinate cyber defense's study work with the rest of the Armed Forces and serve as a contact person for the comprehensive study and concept development work. The role also includes cooperation with other defense agencies and conducting environmental monitoring within the area. We are looking for someone who meets one of the following requirements: Military education equivalent to at least level OF-2 or SO-7 At least two years of documented experience in development or study work At least two years of documented experience in project management/project coordination with good results Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English in both speech and writing Good experience and ability to conduct oral presentations It is meritorious if you have: Education as an Armed Forces engineer Experience working with Armed Forces studies or concept-driven capability development Experience working with cyber issues/cybersecurity/cyber defense Project management training Experience leading projects with cooperation between different organizations Education in data/computer science Personal characteristics For us, it is important that you work according to a clear process and organize and plan your work well. Headquarters has approximately 1,000 employees – both career officers and civilian experts. From 2023-01-01, Headquarters consists of the Defense Staff, the Operations Command, Military Intelligence and Security Service, and Headquarters' Staff Division and independent supervisory units. Employment with us involves placement in a security class. Usually Swedish citizenship is required. Security clearance with record check will be conducted before employment according to Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act.
