Central Reception for Newly Arrived, CMN, has the task of receiving and conducting initial assessment of newly arrived children and students' learning. CMN also has coordinating responsibility for mother tongue instruction and study guidance. With that said, we would like to welcome you to our team! After all, don't you also want one of the world's most important jobs? 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES You will work as a Study Guide Instructor in primary school. Your workplace will be various school units and different school forms where children and students are present. Your teaching will take place in the form of direct instruction. Upon employment, you will receive an introduction regarding your work duties. You will receive ongoing support in your professional role through various support functions at the workplace. QUALIFICATIONS We prefer that you are a licensed teacher with a Swedish teaching degree or that you have documented foreign teacher training. If you lack teacher training but can demonstrate that you have other relevant university education, that can go a long way. You have very good Swedish language skills equivalent to Swedish 3/Swedish as a Second Language 3 or Swedish B/Swedish as a Second Language B. It is meritorious if you have work experience from the Swedish school system and are familiar with the School Act and curricula for different school forms. We therefore expect you to share these values and can implement them in word and action. You can adapt and vary your teaching. You are a good leader in the classroom and can create trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and management. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. You are flexible, collaborate easily, and are independent. You are positive to new ideas and ways of working and want to constantly develop your teaching with learning in focus. Work as a study guide instructor will give you rich opportunities to meet newly arrived and multilingual children and young people, and your contribution makes a difference. The employment is fixed-term. The position is 50% and in the English language. We apply vacation service 40 h/week with flexible hours. Travel between schools occurs. Driver's license for car is meritorious. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: By agreement, ends: 2027-06-18.
