Your Responsibilities As a Career and Guidance Counselor, you will guide students individually and in groups to support their educational and career choices based on their interests, capabilities, and future goals. The role involves providing special support to students who need additional guidance, contributing a future-oriented and inclusive perspective within the student health team, and coordinating contacts between school, working life, and further studies. The work is conducted in close collaboration with guardians, school staff, and external partners to create favorable conditions for students' future development. Assignments vary in length and scope.
