We are now seeking an Academic and Career Counselor to support us in delivering the "Career Guidance" service on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service. Are you a dedicated Academic and Career Counselor? Ability is ready to collaborate with you to create a better world! The Academic and Career Counselor will be responsible for the coordinated guidance process for the individual and will conduct mapping conversations and individual guidance sessions. The goal is to create a well-developed career plan for each unique program participant. As our colleague, you will work closely with Ability's experienced leaders and colleagues to create a safe and supportive work environment. Personal Qualities Goal-oriented Structured Communicative Driven Background You hold an Academic and Career Counselor degree. If you have experience in career counseling, coaching/mentoring, transition work, or similar, that is a plus but not a requirement.
