We are now seeking a Career and Educational Advisor to support us in delivering the "Career Guidance" service on behalf of Arbetsförmedlingen. Are you a dedicated Career and Educational Advisor? Ability is ready to collaborate with you to create a better world! The Career and Educational Advisor will be responsible for the comprehensive guidance process for the individual and will conduct mapping conversations and individual guidance sessions. The goal is to create a well-developed career plan for each unique program participant. As our colleague, you will work closely with Ability's experienced leaders and colleagues to create a safe and supportive work environment. You will have the opportunity to develop and reach a high level of competence within the service, and you will be part of an extensive network that spans the entire country. Personal Qualities Goal-oriented Structured Communicative Driven BackgroundYou have a Career and Educational Advisor degree. If you have experience in career guidance, coaching/mentoring, transition work, or similar, that is a plus but not a requirement.
