Work Tasks As a student employee with us, you will work with: Invoice management Provide administrative support to the project team Structuring and administration in project management systems The employment runs during the term with possible opportunity for extension for additional terms. Qualifications Who are you? You are solution-oriented and have the ability to understand different work tasks. You are motivated by active employee engagement where you take responsibility for your tasks in a goal-oriented manner while being attentive to how you are part of and contribute to the bigger picture through collaboration with others. You study full-time at university level in engineering with a focus on civil engineering and have completed at least 120 university credits You must not have begun doctoral studies You have a driver's license You have experience with invoice management including invoice review You have experience providing administrative support in projects It is also meritorious if you have: Experience working on multiple different projects and project teams Additional Information As part of our team, you will work 25%, which corresponds to approximately 10 hours per week.
