If so, we are looking for you to work part-time as a receptionist. We are currently seeking a student who, alongside their studies, wants to work part-time as a receptionist on behalf of our client. In the receptionist role, you will, among other things, be responsible for welcoming visitors, receiving deliveries, placing orders, ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy, and supporting administrative tasks. The position is scheduled for mornings Monday–Friday 07:30-11:30. You need to be available to work at least two days per week. You have previous experience working in service, customer interaction, and administration You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You are a student enrolled at least 50% You have previous experience working in service, customer interaction, and administration You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written To thrive in this role, you need to have a high level of service orientation, be flexible, and understand the importance of working as a team.
