Small Tractor Operator / Mechanic / Maintenance Technician (FTE, PTE, Contract, Men, Women)

Start Date: 23/3/2026 (FTE, PTE, Contract) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintenance of grass areas (soccer fields) using mechanical equipment (tractors up to 70 hp) - Tractor operator license not required - Repair work on small tractors, tractors, and garden equipment (mechanic work) - Other minor maintenance work on company facilities WE OFFER: - Salary range from 38,000 Kč to 50,000 Kč - Full-time employment year-round - Calm work environment on the outskirts of Frýdek-Místek in the center of Lískovce - 5 weeks of vacation (after 3 years) - Interesting and varied work divided by season - Facilities (locker room, shower, fully equipped kitchen) - Single-shift operation (Monday to Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) with flexibility during peak seasons (March and June work according to weather and daylight => OVERTIME PAID INCLUDING BONUSES) - Friendly and relaxed team - Stable employment in a growing company WE REQUIRE: - Responsibility, loyalty, flexibility, practical common sense - Mechanical skill and creativity in equipment repairs, hands-on approach - Organizational abilities, attention to detail, independence, willingness to learn new things - Driver's license category B+E (trailer up to 3.5 tons for category B or complete training within 3 months of start date) - Active approach and not just blind task execution - Quick learning ability for new requirements - Respectful behavior and communication with people and customers - Sense of order and work ethic OTHER DETAILS: Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (30 hours per week) Start Date: Immediately or by arrangement Shift: Single shift Salary (gross monthly): 38,000 – 50,000 Kč WHO WE ARE: Anglicky-travnik.cz is a company with over a decade of market presence and dynamic growth in recent years.
