We are expanding our technical team We are looking for a partner to join our team who will be involved in creating and improving technological processes, work instructions and various fixtures for production. You will assist production, set standards and participate in calculations. This position is also suitable for graduates. What awaits you with us: • Creating work instructions, designs of new fixtures and workstations • Technical support of the manufacturing process (welding, machining, assembly) • Creation and optimization of technological processes • Setting standards for work operations and product price calculations • Communication with production on process optimization What we expect: • Secondary technical education (mechanical, electrical) • Experience in creating manufacturing processes and standards - REFA certification is an advantage • Knowledge of reading technical documentation, independence and reliability • User knowledge of manufacturing information systems and MS Office • Driver's license category B • Knowledge of German language is an advantage Why join us: • 5 weeks vacation • 3 sick days • Working hours 37.5 hours per week • Annual bonus • Holiday and Christmas allowances • Loyalty and anniversary bonuses • Dining facilities directly in the compound • Meal allowance of 120 CZK/day • Leisure activities allowance of 1000 CZK/month • Motivating financial compensation https://www.serw.cz/kariera
