MECHANICAL WORKER - MACHINE SETUP TECHNICIAN (m/f)

- Start immediately Requirements: - Technical trade apprenticeship or equivalent qualification - Medical fitness for working at heights (medical examination will be arranged) - Reliable attendance and punctuality - Patience and genuine interest in the work - Responsibility and accountability for completed work - Reliability, flexibility, and independence Job Responsibilities: - Prepare progressive dies and/or other machines in the stamping hall and machine shop based on supervisor or dispatcher requests for planned production. Set up machines according to established procedures. Monitor proper machine operation during production and ensure smooth workflow. - Perform scheduled maintenance. Cooperate on planning machine and equipment repairs. Maintain required records of machine operation, inspection, and maintenance. - Communicate with employees from other departments and coordinate activities for smooth production. - Cooperate with the quality control department. - Work with technical production planning during the launch of new production runs. - Perform quality inspections of stamping emulsions and maintain related records.
