The ability to manage trust is also a very important quality since you are expected to have significant personal responsibility in order to solve assigned tasks, and where mandates are sometimes delegated from the Commander F 16. You have good collaboration skills and thrive in cooperation with others, but also have the courage and judgment to act on your own initiative when the situation requires it. You are driven and thorough and work toward development and improvement. You have the ability to lead and structure work even under time pressure, where operational demands often set the pace. You are expected to maintain a professional approach, share the Armed Forces' value base, and contribute to a work climate characterized by mutual respect and job satisfaction.
