We are hiring a member of the Czech Prison Service for active duty under Law No. 361/2003 Coll., on the service relationships of members of security forces, for the position of Court Security Officer with a place of duty at the District Court in Hradec Králové. The work involves ensuring order and security in the buildings of courts, state prosecutor's offices and the ministry, and in other locations of their activities. We require: at least secondary education with a school-leaving examination, clean criminal record, mental resilience, physical fitness, and excellent health condition. The selection process includes: initial interview, psychological evaluation, physical fitness tests, medical examination, and background check. We offer: depending on creditable experience (after completing a 4-month basic professional training, salary progression), 6 weeks of vacation, service hours: 37.5 hours per week, uniform allowance, medical care, benefits from the cultural and social needs fund, meal allowances, after 15 years of service a severance bonus for termination of service, use of own recreation facilities within the Czech Republic and the possibility of exchange recreations in the Slovak Republic, after completing basic professional training a stabilization bonus of 5,000 Kč, a recruitment bonus of 150,000 Kč
