We are accepting applicants for the Prison Service of the Czech Republic into a service relationship pursuant to Act No. 361/2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of security forces, for the position of court security officer with a place of service at the District Court in Pardubice. The scope of work includes ensuring order and security in the buildings of courts, state prosecutor's offices and the ministry, and in other places of their activities. We require: minimum secondary education with final exams, clean criminal record, mental resilience, physical fitness, excellent health status. The selection process includes: initial interview, psychological examination, physical fitness tests, health check, and verification of the applicant's clean record. We offer: depending on credited practice (salary progression after completion of a 3-month basic professional training), 6 weeks of vacation, service length 37.5 hours per week, work attire, medical care, benefits from the cultural and social needs fund, meal allowances, after 15 years of service relationship a severance benefit for termination of service relationship, use of own recreational facilities within the Czech Republic and the possibility of exchange recreation in the Slovak Republic, recruitment bonus 150,000 Kč, after completion of basic professional training a stabilization bonus 6,000 Kč.
