Requirements: - Czech citizen older than 18 years - clean criminal record - health, personal, and physical fitness for service - legal capacity We Offer: - service position with the Czech Prison Service according to Act No. 361/2003 Coll. - recruitment bonus of 150,000 Kč - stabilization allowance of 6,000 Kč per month - 6 weeks of vacation - FKSP contribution - workplace catering - possibility of free use of employee fitness center Brief Overview of Service Duties: Execution of guard duties in the prison: (complete security and protection of Czech Prison Service facilities, ensuring safety of Czech Prison Service facilities, inspection of persons entering, escorting of imprisoned persons, arranging transport of imprisoned persons, regular training within service and professional preparation including self-defense training, use of firearms, etc.) Execution of supervisor duties in the prison: (complete organizational management of daily regime for imprisoned persons, monitoring of activities, accompaniment to work/non-work activities, maintenance of order and discipline, regular training within service and professional preparation including self-defense training, use of firearms, etc.)
