Job Duties: Performance of city police officer duties in accordance with Act No. 553/1991 Coll., on Municipal Police, as amended, in the cadastral territory of the city of Rokycany with statutory exceptions.
Requirements for Applicants: Physical and health fitness to perform functions according to Act No. 553/1991 Coll., on Municipal Police, as amended. Health fitness will be assessed in the final phase of the selection process by a contracted physician of the City of Rokycany; costs will not be borne by the applicant. Must be at least 18 years old, Czech citizen, must meet requirements for integrity and reliability according to Act No. 553/1991 Coll., on Municipal Police, as amended. Complete secondary education with maturita exam required.
Extended Requirements for Applicants: Group B driver's license, active driver with experience, physical fitness and mental suitability (mental suitability will be verified by test in the final phase of the selection process), good knowledge of PC work, office applications, internet, communication skills, assertiveness, appropriate social conduct and presentation, high level of verbal and written expression, ability to work independently and as a team member, Group D firearms license advantageous, valid certificate of meeting specified professional prerequisites for a city police officer advantageous, active knowledge of a foreign language advantageous.
We Offer: Varied work in a small team, possibility of providing a service apartment, 200 hours of vacation (on a 40-hour weekly contract), 3 days of personal leave, supplements for night shifts, weekend and holiday work, meal allowance provided via payment card, possibility of obtaining a special discounted employee rate for mobile communication, quarterly bonuses based on performance. Employment: Fixed-term (one year) with expected transition to permanent employment. Upon obtaining a certificate of meeting professional prerequisites, placement in salary grade 8.
