Healthcare and Care Services in Norrtälje (KSON) is now recruiting a Strategic Quality Developer to the Procurement and Quality department. The main responsibility covers contract management within the rehabilitation field but may also include other areas. This is a role for you who want to combine your professional knowledge in rehabilitation with strategic development work. You will have the opportunity to influence how healthcare and care services are planned, monitored, and developed for residents in Norrtälje municipality. In this role, you will: Work strategically with development of the rehabilitation field Manage monitoring and development of contracts and services Have the opportunity to influence decisions and future direction Work in close collaboration with providers, professionals, and other stakeholders Become part of an experienced team with high competence in quality, analysis, and monitoring The assignment As a Strategic Quality Developer, you are responsible for monitoring, analysis, and development within the rehabilitation field. You work in a procurement role where contract monitoring, quality development, and collaboration are central parts of the assignment. The role involves close dialogue with providers, managers, professionals, and other collaboration partners to ensure that services deliver good quality and meet residents' needs. The assignment includes, among other things: Manage, develop, and monitor contracts within the rehabilitation field Analyze results, quality, and goal achievement Produce investigations, analyses, and decision-making materials Participate in development and change work Contribute to planning and monitoring of services and finances Monitor the external environment and identify areas for improvement Build and develop collaboration between different actors in the healthcare and care system Challenges and opportunities This is not for you who only want to manage – it is an assignment for you who also wants to develop. Welcome to us Healthcare and Care Services in Norrtälje (KSON) is a unique collaboration between Norrtälje municipality and Region Stockholm. The assignment is to meet the healthcare and care needs of municipality residents. KSON thus has unique conditions to seamlessly provide residents with effective comprehensive solutions and is governed by a board with elected representatives from Region Stockholm and Norrtälje municipality. Part of the Norrtälje Model. KSON has contracts with many providers and also operates healthcare and care services in-house through the wholly owned company Tiohundra AB. The budget amounts to approximately 4.8 billion SEK and we currently have approximately 120 employees, primarily with procurement, ownership, and regulatory assignments at the administration. We work with procurement, monitoring, and development of healthcare and care in close collaboration with both private providers and the wholly owned company Tiohundra AB. For this role, the starting salary is normally between 48,000 - 55,000 kr depending on experience and competence. For permanent employment, a probationary period may apply.
