Storkökskliniken AB is seeking a commercial kitchen technician who wants to work with service, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of professional kitchen equipment.
We serve restaurants, hotels, public facilities, and other professional kitchens, primarily in the Stockholm area.
Job Responsibilities
As a commercial kitchen technician, you will work independently at our customers' sites with tasks including:
Troubleshooting and repair of commercial kitchen equipment
Preventative service and maintenance
Installation and commissioning of new machines
Troubleshooting of electrical, control, and mechanical components
Documentation of completed work
Customer communication and technical support from manufacturers
You will work with equipment such as dishwashers, combi ovens, fryers, cooking kettles, ranges, griddles, and other equipment found in professional kitchens.
We appreciate it if you have previous experience as a service technician, electrician, or similar technical work, but it is not required. Interest and social skills are more important than prior experience.
For this position, you need to:
Have good technical understanding
Be able to troubleshoot methodically and independently
Be comfortable with electrical troubleshooting
Be able to read electrical schematics
Have a B driver's license
Be able to communicate in Swedish
Be service-oriented and take responsibility for your own work
Experience with professional commercial kitchen equipment is highly desirable.
It is also advantageous if you have knowledge or certification in areas such as refrigeration, gas, electrical work, or control and automation systems.
