About the Role as Support Pedagogue
In your role as a support pedagogue, you will provide support and service based on the participants' wishes during the workday. You shall contribute to giving participants the opportunity for active and meaningful activities. Furthermore, you shall be able to see each person's individual needs and conduct pedagogical work based on this. Since needs differ among participants, no two days are alike, which contributes to a challenging and exciting job.
You will work closely with users together with your colleagues and have great responsibility for, in consultation with the program manager, driving and developing the pedagogical work at the program. Certain delegated health and medical care tasks are part of the work.
Qualifications
You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a receptive manner, and you enjoy cooperating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.

Requirements:
Degree from support pedagogue training 200 YH credits or 60 HP within pedagogy.
Experience and knowledge of the target group LSS adults personal category 1.
Basic knowledge of household work such as nutrition and hygiene.
Computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, spoken and written.
Merits if you additionally have:
Experience in work management
Experience working with people with autism and challenging behavior.
Experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral issues.
Experience with clarifying communication and low-arousal approaches.
