We hope you will enjoy working with us! About the Job With us, you contribute to meaningful days in an activity where media, technology, gaming, and social community are central elements. We are looking for a creative support pedagogue at Lagerbergsgatan 8 daily activity and the E-sports hall's daily activity. The activities serve approximately 40 people with decisions according to LSS. At Lagerberg, activities are offered including photography, photo editing, 3D printing, drawing tablets, and computer work, as well as the opportunity for gaming and racing simulators. The activity offers both group activities and individual schedules for those who wish or need it. The equipment and environments promote technology, media, creativity, and participation. The E-sports hall's daily activity focuses on e-sports and serves people who need support to break isolation and enter a meaningful context. Here, gaming computers, gaming consoles, VR, racing, and similar activities are offered in a safe and accessible environment. There is also fitness access with a gym. Your Assignment Be a role model and guide colleagues in daily pedagogical work. Support users in their work tasks. Provide individually adapted support that creates security, participation, and development based on each person's needs. Contribute to developing implementation plans and that they are created, quality-assured, and followed up. Support contact with residents, family, friends, and other important people in the user's network. Contribute in daily life through care work, ADL support, and delegated tasks, and collaborate with occupational therapist, physiotherapist, and nurse regarding assistive devices. Document according to applicable regulations in both social documentation and HSL. Document in Lifecare and work according to implementation plans in accordance with IBIC. We are Looking for You Who Want to Combine Pedagogy with Creativity Have a genuine interest, experience, and knowledge of photography/photo editing, music, 3D printing, gaming, and digital media, and want to use it in meaningful pedagogical work. Have experience working with people with neuropsychiatric disabilities. Have a pedagogical, empathetic, and solution-focused approach and enjoy collaborating, taking responsibility, and working independently. Qualifications Post-secondary education within the disability field of at least 200 vocational college credits, alternatively 60 university credits in disability and pedagogy, is a requirement. Other education that the employer deems equivalent may also be relevant. Previous experience with low-affective interaction, alternative and augmentative communication, and IBIC are merits. As a person, you are collaboration-oriented, solution-focused, and confident in your pedagogical role. You build good relationships, meet people with calm and respect, and thrive in an activity where flexibility, responsibility, and independence are important parts.
