About the Workplace and Role
We are now recruiting support assistants for our autism-focused units within daily activities in Lund municipality.
We are looking for someone who is positive, innovative, and has the ability to see service users' development and potential. You have experience and interest in working with service users with autism, intellectual disabilities, and significant care needs, and we would appreciate it if you have experience working with challenging behavior and clarifying pedagogy within LSS activities.
At the units, staffing levels are high, and in some areas we work with double staffing. It is important that you have flexibility and a solution-focused approach, as the work may involve covering different groups as needed. Situations with challenging behavior occur, and care work is also part of the job.
Work tasks also include creating and designing implementation plans, documenting, and contributing to maintaining high quality in the activities.

At our daily activity units, we work closely with service users and support each individual in activities adapted to each person's specific needs. We offer our participants both sensory-stimulating and work-like activities.
We work to give our service users the opportunity to be as independent as possible and live the life they wish. This requires you to have leadership abilities, be curious, and have the ability to listen to our service users.

Work Hours
As a support assistant within daily activities, you work Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:00
Qualifications
Approved grades from the care and health program, children and leisure program, social science/behavior, or other post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent.
Experience and familiarity with working with challenging behavior.
Experience and familiarity with care work.
Experience and familiarity with working using clarifying pedagogy.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, spoken and written.
A driver's license is required.
