You take responsibility for both the operations, the individual, and the practical tasks included in the assignment. At the same time, you are attentive to the individual's needs and can adapt your working method based on the situation and individual. You contribute to good cooperation with your colleagues and have a professional and respectful approach toward everyone you meet in the work. We also appreciate it if you have an interest in training, physical activity, and movement and use this as a natural part of creating an active and meaningful daily life.
