Assistans I Halmstad AB was founded in 2008. We work according to a clear set of values and do everything we can to create the best conditions for individualized personal assistance based on each person's unique needs. I am a young man with autism and developmental disabilities. I am 27 years old and live in a house outside Laholm with a large fenced garden. I like dogs and dog walks, so if you have a nice family dog, you're welcome to bring it to work. I don't have direct spoken language but communicate with individual words, pointing, and using pictures. I understand clearly spoken language, but you must speak perfect Swedish for me to understand. I need quite a bit of help with my daily living, such as hygiene and bathroom visits, but I can also manage some things on my own with verbal support. At home, you will need to help me with cooking, cleaning, laundry, and some garden work. We are looking for a team member. You should be cheerful and responsible. You should be attentive and positive in your approach. You can organize your work tasks and have the ability to be flexible when the situation requires it. You should be able to join me in activities, such as horseback riding and swimming. Therefore, you cannot be allergic to animals.
