Job Responsibilities
We offer you stimulating and developmental work where you, together with competent and experienced colleagues, contribute to creating security, good care, and support in daily life for our service users, and enable meaningful and active leisure time. The work tasks are varied and designed based on each individual's needs, resources, and circumstances. The work includes, among other things, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and participation in leisure activities. You are also responsible for social documentation, advocacy assignments, and medication management according to delegation. Our approach is low-arousal and structured with a focus on strengthening the individual's independence.
The work can sometimes be both demanding and physically strenuous, which requires that you are confident in yourself and have good collaboration skills.
Härryda municipality is working to reduce the proportion of temporary staff and instead increase core staffing. We therefore apply co-planning, which means you will work some shifts at other units, but your main working hours will be at your so-called home unit.
Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have both the will and ability to work in a team, while being able to take your own responsibility and work independently. You have a positive attitude and see opportunities where others see obstacles. You are attentive to what needs to be done and like to take your own initiative. It is important to us that you value good cooperation and yourself contribute to a positive and pleasant work environment. If you also have a good sense of humor, we see that as an extra plus.
Competence Requirements
To be considered in the recruitment, you must meet the following:
You have completed a nursing care program and are an assistant nurse/support assistant or have other education that the employer considers equivalent.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills
Meritorious
B driver's license
You have experience working with individuals with mental or neuropsychiatric disabilities
You have experience with the low-arousal approach, AAC, and clarifying pedagogy methods.
You have experience with TimeCareMultiAccess and Treserva.
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. We use continuous selection.
To obtain employment, an extract from the Police's Criminal Records must be provided.
