Description The Care Services for People with Disabilities is seeking a support assistant for Group Home Brushanegatan 1. The goal of the service is to work to strengthen the individual's resources to live an independent life and have a functioning daily life. We work with a pedagogical, supportive, and motivating approach. You will work together with dedicated colleagues and meet service users with varying support and care needs. Scheduled work hours day/evening/weekend. We're looking for someone who is engaged, has good collaboration skills, is interested in development work, is flexible, and has a respectful approach. Work Tasks To provide support and services according to the service user's individual needs and wishes as outlined in implementation plans. You perform everyday, planned support services and activities together with the service user. Support services shall promote the service user's integrity, participation, and are carried out with respect for the service user's self-determination. The service user's needs shall be central and the person's views shall be actively taken into account. The service user shall receive support and the right to decide over their own life and develop their abilities to live as independently as possible. Work is based on a pedagogical and motivating approach in close collaboration with the service user's network and other staff. Work tasks also include habilitation, IT-based documentation and administration, as well as delegated health and medical care tasks. Qualifications Care and welfare program with focus on disability services, youth and recreation program with focus on social or pedagogical work, or other equivalent education that the employer deems equivalent, as well as good computer skills.
