Are you passionate about fitness, people, and creating joy through training? Then maybe you're the one we're looking for! Stenungsbaden Yacht Club is now seeking several dedicated instructors who want to become part of our team. We're looking for someone who loves inspiring others and creating high-quality training experiences with great energy. We're seeking someone who is preferably a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, or has equivalent experience/education. You feel comfortable leading group classes and connecting with people. For us, your personality is just as important as your experience. We're looking for someone who: Is positive, engaged, and radiates energy. Has a genuine service mindset and makes people feel welcome. Loves inspiring and motivating others. Takes responsibility and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues. Work shifts are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends, based on operational needs and your availability.
