We are looking for construction preparers to ensure technical and administrative preparation of construction contracts. Job responsibilities include preparing documentation for construction implementation, communicating with suppliers and subcontractors, material inquiries, budget development, reviewing project documentation, and collaborating with site managers. We require a minimum of secondary education in construction or technical field, experience in a similar position, understanding of construction documentation, good PC skills, and a Class B driver's license.
