NOVAREKO Czechia s.r.o. is hiring construction workers for our implementation team. We are looking for reliable construction laborers to work on residential houses, apartment buildings, and other construction projects. Job Responsibilities: - Independent performance of construction work according to experience, instructions from the site manager, and project documentation. - Implementation of structural work, assembly of structures, and finishing construction work. - Adherence to technological procedures and required quality standards. - Continuous monitoring of own work and timely reporting of defects, conflicts, or unclear issues. - Maintenance of order on site, compliance with occupational health and safety rules, and following site manager instructions. Requirements: - Experience in construction. - Reliability, punctuality, and responsible approach to work. - Manual dexterity and physical fitness. - Ability to work in a team. - Willingness to respect site manager instructions and agreed-upon work procedures. - Group B driver's license is an advantage.
