Contact: Ms. Urbančíková, e-mail: [email protected] Job Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate construction work on assigned projects - Organize workers and subcontractors - Oversee compliance with construction procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations - Monitor schedule adherence and respond promptly to issues as they arise - Communicate with the site manager, client, and contractors Requirements: - Secondary education with construction focus preferred; experience level does not determine qualification - Experience in a foreman position or similar role - Knowledge of construction procedures and ability to interpret technical drawings - Ability to independently manage construction site work and take responsibility - Strong organizational and communication skills - Class B Driver's License Employee Benefits: Upon completion of probation, permanent employment contract; competitive compensation based on experience and performance; company vehicle; mobile phone; 5 weeks annual leave.
