Work Location: Pohraniční Stráže č.p. 2047 407 47 Varnsdorf Requirements: Secondary or higher education in construction field (or vocational certificate with demonstrated longer experience), experience in similar position is advantageous (we also welcome motivated graduates eager to grow), ability to read project documentation and technical drawings, authority, natural leadership skills and organizational talent, driver's license category B (active driver) Job Responsibilities: Direct supervision and daily organization of construction work according to schedule, management of crew of skilled tradespeople and coordination of subcontractors, monitoring of construction procedures, quality of work and compliance with health and safety regulations, maintenance of construction diary and routine operational administration, ordering, inspection, inventory and monitoring of construction material consumption, close collaboration with construction manager and technical supervisor We Offer: Employment contract for 1 year, with possibility of extension.
