Construction Supervisor (Expert and Junior)

Job Responsibilities: -Perform technical supervision on behalf of the investor on construction sites for residential projects within the group -Quality control, schedule adherence, and compliance with project documentation -Oversight of construction methodology and procedures -Site inspections and handovers -Coordination of construction participants (contractor, designer, investor) -Participation in inspection meetings and record keeping -Documentation and resolution of technical issues on site from the investor's representative position -Documentation of defects and incomplete work prior to final inspection and client handover -Participation in functional tests, final inspection, handover to facilities management
