Site Manager, Construction Technician (Male, Female)

Starting: 24/4/2026 Job Responsibilities: - Responsibility for the assigned construction project; independent, careful, professional, responsible and economical management of the construction site - Representing the company to the client - Monitoring compliance with signed work contracts - Monitoring project progress (deadlines, quality, technological procedures, budget) - Organization, planning, and coordination of own work and subordinates - Collaboration with other stakeholders (technical supervisor, designer, OSH coordinator and other contractors) - Monitoring compliance with occupational safety and order on the construction site. Required for the Position: - Secondary or higher education in construction - Management skills to lead subordinates - Ability to read project documentation - Good communication skills and decision-making abilities - Strong work organization - User-level knowledge of MS Office - Basic knowledge of RTS/URS software - AutoCAD knowledge is a plus - Driver's License Category B - active driver.
