You will be responsible for managing projects (commercial and industrial facilities or residential buildings). Your responsibilities will include: - Independent project management and coordination - Sourcing materials (steel, concrete) - Overseeing quality and technical execution of work - Maintaining construction documentation and records of relevant documents - Schedule monitoring and compliance with occupational safety regulations. You will lead a small team of employees (foreman + skilled workers - welders, drillers). Projects are located throughout the Czech Republic, primarily in Bohemia, occasionally in Moravia. Experience you should have: - Previous experience in a similar role is a significant advantage - Proficiency in reading construction documentation and drawings - Valid driving license category B, active driver - Willingness to travel for projects - Ability to lead a small team (3-5 subordinates) - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Responsibility to see assigned tasks through to completion.
