Your job responsibilities will include: comprehensive management of the construction site and coordination of all related activities according to schedule and documentation, quality control of work, active communication with the investor's technical supervisors, subcontractors, and colleagues, and team leadership. We require: minimum 4 years of experience in the position of construction site manager, experience with public procurement is an advantage, minimum secondary education in construction, user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), driving license category B, good communication skills, responsibility, loyalty, and organizational abilities.
