Duration: 03/18/2026 to 05/18/2026 Job Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage construction work on assigned sections. - Distribute and coordinate work, monitor team performance. - Ensure compliance with construction procedures and occupational safety (BOZP, PO). - Create schedules and oversee adherence to deadlines. - Monitor construction budget. - Maintain and manage complete construction documentation. - Receive and hand over construction sites. - Order, track, and control materials. - Work on projects throughout the Czech Republic. Requirements: - Minimum secondary education in construction field. - Construction industry experience of at least 3 years. - Understanding of technical documentation. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Professional demeanor. - Organizational skills. - Attention to detail, independence, reliability, time flexibility. - Stress resistance. - Valid driver's license category B - active driver.
