Given the development of our company and the growing number of new projects, we are looking for a colleague for the position of:
Head Construction Site Manager in Monolith Division

The result of your work will be (in cooperation with the construction site manager and your team) the timely completion of the construction project. All our construction sites are in Prague.

Job Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive management of construction projects (planning, coordination and monitoring of construction work)
- Coordination of subordinate employees (foremen)
- Responsibility for project results
- Cooperation with contractors
- Conducting negotiations with investors and other parties involved in construction (TDI, designers, authorities)
What will be useful for this position:
- University or secondary education in construction field, authorization in the field appreciated
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a company specializing in monolith construction
- Driver's license category B (company car available)
- PC MS Office (Word, Excel) user level
- Ability to independently manage construction and lead a work team
- Personal approach, time flexibility, communication skills, reliability
