Start date: IMMEDIATE. Job Responsibilities: Comprehensive management of your own construction project and proper maintenance of the construction diary; Coordination and management of your own workers, machinery, and subcontractors; ensuring smooth progress of construction work; Monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations on site; Rigorous quality control of work performed and adherence to technological procedures; Monitoring and controlling compliance with the construction schedule; Acceptance of subcontractor work; Active communication with the investor and designer; Effective collaboration and information sharing within the project team Requirements: Construction-related education (professional certification in the field is an advantage); Understanding and familiarity with technical and project documentation; User-level knowledge of MS OFFICE and standard PC work; Driver's license category B - active driver (required); Independence, responsibility, attention to detail, consistency, and problem-solving ability Interested candidates can apply by: - Submitting a resume (CV) to: [email protected]
