What awaits you: - Ensure worksite organization and supply management, create construction schedules, maintain site records - Ensure complete smooth operation of construction projects, meet deadlines and quality standards - Manage and organize construction and assembly work - Coordinate work of construction teams and subcontractors - Ensure efficient use of construction equipment and other facilities - Provide technical support to the company - Responsibility for compliance with construction procedures, applicable building standards, and environmental protection Knowledge and skills you should have: - Secondary/University education in construction field - Experience and competence in managing, coordinating, and completing building construction projects - User-level knowledge of MS Office - Ability to handle crisis situations - Responsibility, diligence, consistency, time flexibility - Ability to work independently and organizational skills - Class B driver's license - active driver SUITABLE FOR GRADUATES TOO Salary: 40,000 - 70,000/month, performance bonuses Company benefits: o Interesting and promising work on full-time basis in a friendly team o Single-shift operation o Motivational salary o Company car and phone o Meal allowance o 25 days of vacation Available to start immediately Contact: e-mail: [email protected], phone: Jeriová 739 287 069
